Dutch Court Orders Bill Gates To Stand Trial

A Dutch court has ruled that Bill Gates must stand trial in the Netherlands for allegedly misleading the public about the safety of COVID-19 vaccines during the pandemic. Seven plaintiffs claim to have suffered injuries from the vaccines and have sued Gates, along with former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla.

Bill Gates, co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, stated in 2020 that it was uncertain which vaccines would be most effective, and that each required unique technology to produce. He emphasized the need for nations to invest in various manufacturing facilities, even if some would never be used, to avoid delays in scaling up production once a vaccine was developed.

The plaintiffs argue that Gates, through his involvement with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum, promoted vaccines that were known to be unsafe as part of a broader agenda called “The Great Reset Project.” They claim that Gates made false statements about the vaccines, including that they would stop transmission, prevent illness, and eliminate the need for masks.

Gates attempted to have the case dismissed, citing jurisdiction issues as an American citizen, but the court rejected his request. He has been ordered to pay the plaintiffs’ legal fees of €1,406.00 ($1,518.44) within 14 days or face additional penalties. A new hearing is scheduled for November 27, 2024.

In 2020, Gates warned that developing a COVID-19 vaccine was only half the battle. He noted that several vaccines were in human trials, but it was unclear which ones would work best. He urged countries to invest in different manufacturing facilities, even if some would not be used.
